Wharves

Simply running for the enjoyment and not thinking about the race pipeline or nor any training schedule. Lower back is also remarkably better today. It's been feeling like a slipped disc until now. 


Headed around Hickson wharves with Matt (work) for a 6km recovery. Pace was 6 min/km and I had zero interest pushing harder. He dropped off at CQ, leaving me to finish with 10x120m strides. 

Legs loosened up nicely from this turnover. 9km all up

Still a few funny pains under the foot. Passing niggles rather than chronic pains.
