So surprise to see a good turnaround. Group fractured around Farm Cove, leaving Conway, Steve E, JW, Crossy, Lambert and a few others. Today's chat included:

To be honest, I felt flat the whole way. Feeling the affects of this mild flu. 7km in the morning, 13km at lunch makes 20km of easy stuff.
