Centennial Recovery

Felt a little flat in the legs again today. I've booked in a massage for Saturday, which is about 3 weeks overdue!


Joined Renee for an easy 13km around Centennial at lunch at a leisurely 5 min/km pace. Talked 50% about food, 40% about running, 10% about cycling. 

Her training is coming along well - expecting a 40 min effort from R on Saturday at the Striders. 

With the run into work, 20km for the day.

Thinking of doing the Sri Chinmoy run at Centennial on Sunday. Heard it is on grass.
