Out in pitch black due to an early start to work. Must be the fourth straight day of recovery pace. Foot perhaps feels better with the wind-back.
8km tracking Paramatta Road then George Street. Normally road crossings are a pain, but it's a non issue at 6am.
Rode the bike back after work. The 6km to Lilyfield is simply too short. Hence I detoured via the North Shore. Lots of little rolling hills through Waverton and Longueville - good for smashing up the quads. Finished by crossing Gladesville Bridge and circling the Bay Run.
25km all up taking over 1 hour... so slow I could almost beat it on foot...
