Headed out into the downpour at lunch. Missed the 12:15 start so toughed out a solo run around the Cove, Opera House before finishing up around Hickson.

10km all up at a lightening 6 min/km pace. Monday rest has really paid dividends. No sign of soreness from yesterday's fartlek.

Felt so good in fact that I added another 6km jogging home.
