Wednesday, January 21, 2015Continuing to build the base miles in between two speed sessions per week (Tuesday, Saturdays).
With Conway back from 3 weeks of trails and surfing, I joined a group that also included Steve, BW and others for an easy one circling the water to Hickson Wharves. Run extended through Darling Harbour to Pyrmont, before cutting back.
15km all up at 4:40 min/km.
Added another 5km home, but that was a lightning 6:30 min/km.
